Over-cry: 姫 – Princess
Oh gosh, I do apologise. I know these reviews are getting worse by the episode. But I just can’t bring myself to appreciate what Tokyo Ravens is offering. While I am pretty certain this episode was quite an important one, what with the introduction of a couple new characters and all that, the highlight for me was seeing Ohtomo-sensei and hearing Yusayusa <3
And while on the topic of seiyuus, it seems I just can’t avoid Sakurai at all this season. This series aired way back in Winter 2014, but this prolific seiyuu sure is appearing in every other show that I am watching – currently airing or not. Not that I mind, but me thinks it’ll be good to go on a Sakurai ban after this season is over and done with, lol. Another seiyuu whom we heard this episode is Suwabe. We last saw his character get killed a few episodes back. As it turns out, Mutobe or rather Kuromaru is a familiar and so he didn’t actually die back then.
The big issue this episode was of course the issue about Natsume not actually being a boy. While it caused quite a hiccup between her relationship with Kyouko (but they made up in the end and are now potential love rivals, so all’s fine and dandy once again), the more pressing matter at hand was Souma’s concern over the revelation. This just about confirms any doubts that people who are still in the dark might have. Natsume probably isn’t Yakou’s reincarnation. So who might that be…? *cough Harutora cough*
Speaking of Harutora, I am curious as to what the star-shaped spell is doing to him. I guess Suzuka’s experiments will provide the necessary answers. Overall, this episode was much better than the past few. On to the next~
