Hime hime, hime, suki suki daisuki hime, hime, kira kira riin. Ookiku nare mahou kaketemo, hime wa hime nano, hime nanoda, hime love hime fight-o~

Kinjou’s order: for Onoda to meet up with him with the whole team in tow. To Onoda, who is earnest to a fault, that literally meant everyone, including the ‘fallen’ Tadokoro. While Makishima was struggling with having just left a fellow teammate behind for the sake of the team, Onoda’s tenacity saw him leaving his teammates at the front to wait for Tadokoro, who had fallen to the very back of the pack. In a race whereby time is of the essence, such a move was nothing short of bold. But it just made me appreciate Onoda so much more, because his actions are the very meaning of team spirit.

It is amazing how the mere presence of a teammate can boost one’s morale the way it did for Tadokoro. And that just goes to show how this race is not just a physical battle, but a psychological one as well. Sure, Onoda was able to draft for him, thereby reducing the toll on Tadokoro’s body. However, Tadokoro probably would have given up on the race altogether if he had not seen Onoda at that very crucial moment. The two of them have a lot of catching up to do, but with hime power, I am sure that they will be able to overcome anything~

This is probably the gruffest I have ever heard Itou Kentarou, and while he is doing a pretty convincing job as Tadokoro, I can’t help but cringe when he speaks. It’s just… so not the Itou Kentarou that I’ve grown accustomed to. But as Akatsuki has so very patiently told me, they can’t all be literature professors.. Lol.

Meanwhile, up in the front, Imaizumi is still being taunted by the unpleasantness that is Midousuji (why Yusa, why??). And now that Hakone Academy is pushing ahead and the rest of the Kyoto Fushimi team has caught up, things don’t look too bright for Souhoku. Will the other four Souhoku members be able to catch up before the gap between them and the other two teams widens beyond their reach? May hime power watch over the Souhoku team.
